Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

The products offered during this launch are sold as pre-orders. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount at checkout. These funds enable us to finance the purchase of hardware components and the production of the kits and modules.

Shipping times

Since production requires a fixed period of time, shipments for this batch of pre-orders will begin in early December.

Cancellation and modification

You have the right to change your mind. You may request a complete cancellation and full refund of your pre-order at any time, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel or modify your order before shipment, please contact us promptly at contact@tny-robotics.com with your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation policy no longer applies, and our Refund Policy (right of withdrawal) takes over.
